Anna Solal
Anna Solal (1988) works and live between Marseille and Paris. Solal’s assembles are made of trash cut-outs, decontextualizing elements of cheap industrial objects. She focuses of flying naïve patterns as Birds and Kites. Solal’s dimension weave together pop and survivalist features, producing mysterious objects which borderline aesthetic oscillates among the kitsch and the lyric. Every structure is a compromise between naive figuration and total abstraction. (Extract from Zoë De Luca text)
